The client requested Aplus Architects to design a boat dock combined with a Clubhouse on a 1-hectare plot of land next to a small river in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai, Vietnam. The project was built to meet the cultural needs of a new residential area, located on a new plot of land that was previously bare and lacking in greenery. We focused on finding solutions to provide shade from the overall structure down to the details. We created a large roof system combined with greenery to provide shade for community activities below. And we chose to bring the greenery onto the roof in the form of grass channels. The roof structure is a one-way working system that can withstand large spans combined with grass channels to create a unique insulation layer for the Clubhouse block. Moreover, the design language of the roof became a consistent language throughout the entire project, applied at the entrance gate, landscape, structure, interior, etc. Modularizing architectural components is the integrated solution we chose to make construction and installation fast and efficient.

Khách hàng yêu cầu Aplus Architects thiết kế bến thuyền kết hợp với Clubhouse trên khu đất rộng 1 ha cạnh một con sông nhỏ ở Biên Hòa, Đồng Nai, Việt Nam. Dự án được xây dựng nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu văn hóa của một khu dân cư mới, nằm trên khu đất mới trước đây còn trống trải và thiếu cây xanh. Chúng tôi tập trung vào việc tìm kiếm các giải pháp mang lại sắc thái từ cấu trúc tổng thể đến từng chi tiết. Chúng tôi tạo ra hệ thống mái nhà lớn kết hợp với cây xanh để tạo bóng mát cho các hoạt động cộng đồng bên dưới. Và chúng tôi chọn đưa cây xanh lên mái nhà dưới dạng các rãnh cỏ. Kết cấu mái là hệ thống làm việc một chiều có thể chịu được nhịp lớn kết hợp với các rãnh cỏ tạo nên lớp cách nhiệt độc đáo cho khối Clubhouse. Hơn nữa, ngôn ngữ thiết kế của mái nhà đã trở thành ngôn ngữ nhất quán xuyên suốt toàn bộ dự án, được áp dụng ở cổng vào, cảnh quan, kết cấu, nội thất,… Mô-đun hóa các bộ phận kiến ​​trúc là giải pháp tích hợp được chúng tôi lựa chọn để giúp việc thi công, lắp đặt nhanh chóng và hiệu quả.
